Shri Mataji, while pursuing her education, Duty towards her parents, responsibility towards the nation, and her married life, had the feeling of the Goddess Shakti within her since childhood.

On 5th May 1970, a surprising incident happened in the morning. Mataji was in deep meditation on the seashore of a city called Nargol in Gujarat. Then after experiencing the divine power within her, she saw his Kundalini Shakti being awakened.

At the same time, she came to know that the awakening of the Kundalini power of humans can lead to the welfare of the human being. She decided to dedicate his whole life to this work. From this, the realization of self-realization in the collective through Sahaja Yoga through Kundalini awakening started on 5th May 1970.

It is a matter of great importance for us to know Sahaja Yoga and attain self-realization. By the grace of Param Pujya Shri Mata Ji, balance is established between Ida Pingala and Sushumna Nadi, and the Kundalini power of the seeker gets awakened. This power, by penetrating the Brahma Randhra located in the lower part, becomes one with the universal power of the Supreme Soul. We feel this power in the form of cool waves on the palms of both our hands and on the palate.

Not only this, we can experience this power to other people as well. With the awakening of this power, balance is established in us, and health improves. We get the benefit of spiritual power continuously in our daily life.

Life is happy and content. All this is easily done without any effort. The power of love and joy develops in humans. Shri Mataji incarnated among us as the mother of the world to give only love to the whole world. The main goal of Shri Mataji was to give self-realization to every person in the world. Explain the benefits of this golden Sahaja Yoga and get self-realization.

She said that "you cannot know the meaning of your life unless you are connected to the power that created you".
Shri Mataji's birthplace is Chhindwara and here Shri Mataji's beautiful and grand building is built. You can come here (Chhindwara) to see the birthplace of Shri Mataji.
